Charges

Our hourly rate is US$400 for a partner and between US$250 to US$350 for an associate. Consultation can be held at any of our offices or at the client's office.

Our fee for setting up an Indonesian foreign investment company (PMA) is US$5,000 (inclusive disbursement & tax). If the place of business is in Bali, there will be an additional charge of US$1,000. Our consultation fee may apply for enquiring on setting up an Indonesian company. If you require a registered office or virtual office and Indonesian nominee, we are able to provide you for free of charge.

For legal due diligence on a target company that holds nickel/coal mining licence, our fee is from US$8,000.

For advising and drafting agreements related to nickel/coal acquisition, our fee ranges between US$5,000 to US$20,000 per agreement, depending on the complexity of the transaction and time spent for meetings and negotiation.

We also provide full corporate secretarial, accounting and tax filing services and assisting in issuing invoices and tax return at US$3,000 per year.

We strictly adhere to the policy that all legal fee must be fully paid before we commence our work.
